While we endeavour to supply accurate information on this site, errors and omissions may occur. Bizz-e Bee Limited ("Bizz-e Bee") does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained on this site. You are solely responsible for the actions you take in reliance on the content on, or accessed, through this site.
Bizz-e Bee reserves the right to make changes to the content on this site at any time and without notice.
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Bizz-e Bee makes no warranties in relation to the merchantability, fitness for purpose, freedom from computer virus, accuracy or availability of this website or any other website.
2. Ordering goods and services from us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods or services. An order is placed on our website via adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process.
The checkout process includes giving you delivery and any other relevant details for your order eg. entering payment information and submitting your order. The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order.
We will send you an e-mail to confirm when your order has been shipped.
3. Refusing or cancelling orders
In the unlikely event that the goods or services ordered are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to be placed for commercial purposes, e.g. any kind of reseller. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently.
While we endeavour to ensure that the price and description of goods or services is accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted.

5. Pricing
All prices listed on www.bizzebee.co.nz are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices on our websites at any time for any reason.
6.Website and Credit Card Security
We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All payments via our sites are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy.
7. Delivery and Delivery Charges
At this time, we only deliver to New Zealand addresses.

Please note that a signature is required for receiving deliveries.
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at amie@bizzebee.co.nz
8. Delivery Time
Delivery for products may vary. Deliveries to rural addresses may take longer than the time indicated.
You will receive an email that confirms that your order has been dispatched.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package.
9. Pre-orders
If you wish to pre-order an item you will be required to make full payment to secure your product. Once you have placed your order a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Please note than in the event you change your mind we will be unable to offer you a refund but a credit for your next purchase.
10. Returns
Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Bizz-e Bee will offer you an exchange or credit note provided that:
1. You send back the item within 7days of purchase and produce your
Bizz-e Bee invoice at the time you return the item
2. The item is in resalable condition including that:
1. It is in its original packaging, including instruction manual and all accessories;
2. It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition;
If these requirements are not satisfactory Bizz-e Bee reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or credit note for change of mind returns.
11. Wrong Product
If we have shipped the wrong goods for an online order we are extremely sorry and please contact us straight away at amie@bizzebee.co.nz
Please return the goods and we will exchange it for the correct item and refund you the cost of your shipping.
12. Faulty Goods
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations in accordance with your rights as a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.
Bizz-e Bee will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, credit note, refund or repair where:
1. The product is not of acceptable quality in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act
2. The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
3. The product does not match the sample or our description;
4. You produce your original Bizz-e Bee receipt at the time you return the item
Please send the item back within 7 days and we will provide an exchange or full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we feel the product isn't in its original condition, or has been damaged due to wear and tear or rough force.

Our website is intended to provide information for people shopping our products and accessing our services, including making purchases via our website and registering on our database to receive e-mails from us.
