How much will shipping be?
A5 Shipping

Please note: For larger items such as puzzles and Marae Sets the prices will be different due to the courier costs differing.
All parcels are Signature tracked, from shipping North Island delivery 1 working day, South Island delivery 2-3 days.
For all Rural addresses please add on 1-2 days to receive your order.
What is the lead time for products to be shipped?
For in stock products please allow 2-4 working days.
For made to order products our lead time is 2-3weeks.
Do you ship to overseas?
Yes, we can ship our smaller items including or waka with peg Whānau and polynesian outriggger overseas.
If you are interested in purchasing these or other larger resources and live out of New Zealand, please send us an email at amie@bizzebee.co.nz and we will be happy to let you know the shipping costs.
How do I purchase products for my Early Childhood Centre, Kindergarten, Kohanga or school?

Are our products safe for children?
At Bizz-e Bee, safety is one of our top priorities and our products have has been through strict testing to ensure they are safe for your children and adhere to all regulations of the Toy Safety Standards.
Please take note of our recommended ages for our products and ensure your child is supervised at all times with any of our products that may contain small parts.
What are our products made from?
At Bizz-e Bee, our wooden products are made from untreated Radiata Pine and bamboo and finished with natural plant based wood oil that is non-toxic and safe for your children.
If the any products are out of stock/currently unavailable am I still able to order one?
You are able to send us an email to amie@bizzebee.co.nz to express your interest for any of our out of stock products and we will be able to give you an accurate lead time on our orders.
How do I maintain my products?
Due to the fact we use untreated Pine, all of our products are unable to withstand outdoor weather conditions as this may result in wood fadage and unwanted moisture which could possibly damage them, so leaving our resources outdoors is not advised at all.
Returns and Refunds
Should you change your mind, unfortunately we don’t do refunds but will happily provide a credit note as long as the goods meet the following conditions:
- The return product is accompanied with a receipt
- The goods are returned within 7 days of delivery
- The goods are in the original condition as when you received them
- We will inspect the product on arrival and will not provide a return or refund for any product that is damaged due to wear and tear or excessive or strong force.
- We will not provide a credit note on any sale items unless they are damaged.
In the unfortunate event that your product is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and offer you a refund or an exchange. Please contact us as soon as you can at amie@bizzebee.co.nz
What can I wash my wooden product with if my child’s little sticky fingers or food gets on it?
If your child gets food spilled on any of our other products, please gently wipe with a slightly damp cloth and air dry.
